Angry Customer because of no Support
I stupidly updated my Alienware laptop and now I'm locked out of my laptop because this dumb *** company didn't save my bitlocker to my account and/or never offered to save my bitlocker on the most recent time it updated it (which I have zero clue when it decided to change that for me seeing as I never had the chance to save the new 42 digit number).Worst of all I can't get in contact with ANYONE, all of the "contact support" buttons lead to dead ends weather it's a never ending loop of hitting "contact support" or I can't find anything that applies to my situation because apparently they dele
