Windows 10 Temp folder filing up very quickly on Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2 OS build 19044.2728.

When deleted those appear again. Tried to do disk clean up and it does not delete the items. sfc /scannow found some issues and repaired them. I was reading that this could be casued by microsoft store so I repaired it. Still nothing. Attached image of the content of the folders in the temp folder. Those are 90% all the same
