Windows 10 Teredo Adapter is not installed as a network adapter and it does not change status

I cannot play multiplayer without Teredo up and running.


I checked network adapters and it's not there.

I tried installing it through "add legacy hardware" but it isn't there to install


I tried changing the status through the command prompt with the command: netsh interface teredo set state type=enterpriseclient

The results were the same when I typed in: Netsh Int Teredo Show Stat

It still showed:

Error : none
