I can't play multiplayer games (which I payed a lot for) on my PC because the Teredo drivers don't work on my PC.

In the Xbox Live settings I get the message "Teredo is unavailable to qualify, this may stop you from playing multiplayer games"

-----------------

I've followed every step on here carefully, multiple times Xbox Support.

I'll summarise what happened with each "solution" on that page:

Solution 1: pointless waste of text

Solution 2: fix it button doesn't work

Solution 3: registry value does not show Teredo disabled, ran the commands to change it anyway, no change

Solution 4: IP helper is running

Solution 5: Does not fail to show name but displays this:

For step 4, there is no matching server name in hosts file.

Solution 6: doubt this is the reason, considering the Teredo adapter doesn't appear in the device manager and won't let me install it (discussed below)

Solution 7: Not using VPN.

I then followed this

But, in device manager there is no Teredo tunnelling adapter so I can't reinstall it, I have tried to install it through Add Legacy Hardware, but there is no items about Teredo under the Microsoft category as the link above suggests.

-----------

HOW do i get to Microsoft support. It is totally impossible to have a person fix this after I pay so much for games and they don't work ???????????????????
