Hello, I have recently purchased Forza Horizon 4 and wished to play online but I noticed I couldn't. Upon researching, I noticed I had the same "Teredo could not qualify" issue a lot of others have had. So as usual I look online to solve the issue finding numerous easy fixes. Fixes such as the troubleshooting support page from Microsoft, using Command Prompt, Checking my device manager, Services and even attempting to turn it on through gpedit.msc which I found to be the most popular of solutions but even that did not work. Now before I list what results I get from these attempts, I will like to mention that Teredo does appear to be online through my Command Prompt.

Command Prompt: When I would follow many instructions from the troubleshooter page or other videos such as performing the "netsh interface... etc." and other commands, it shows that it is working with Teredo and turning it on/off or changing the status. But when following the instructions from the page, my results always are different than the troubleshooter. For example, the page states:

"Run the following command from the Admin command prompt:

reg query HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\iphlpsvc\Teredo

If the output includes the following line, Teredo has been disabled:

Type REG_DWORD 0x4"

I would never get that result or any of the results they have described.

Services: I would go to "IpHelper" and start it like I have been instructed to do and it would get the usual error. When I go to see the dependencies, I would get an error of "Win32: The system cannot find the file specified." and then there are no dependencies. I also check any other service properties and I would get the exact same results, so it isn't just IpHelper.

gpedit.msc: I installed this software and attempted to follow the instructions such as going to my administrative folder>Network>TCIP and then turning on teredo there. However, when I go to my administrative folder, the literal icon looks like it is from Windows XP while the others look like they are the normal Windows 10 icon. Upon opening the administrative folder, I find that it doesn't have the same contents as everyone else and I do not have the contents within the Network folder. So I reach a dead end there,.

I have even done registry key changes and some other tests and still nothing.

My ISP is Frontier and I am using a Netgear ac1200 wireless adapter.

If anyone can please help me resolve this issue that would be great. If anyone has a similar issue, I hope this can help you because I can not find a single issue like mine online.

Best wishes to everyone.
