Hi all,
I've been having some significant trouble with the Teredo Tunneling Adapter in Windows 10. I am attempting to use the Xbox app to play games but I am unable to due to the server connectivity being blocked.
My problems:
-Teredo Tunneling Adapter does not appear under Network Adapters in my device manager.
-Teredo Tunneling Adapter does not appear for me to add in the Legacy Hardware section of the device manager.
- After enabling teredo with the command, it stays disabled.
-netsh interface Teredo set state type=default
-C:\Windows\system32>netsh interface teredo show state
Teredo Parameters
---------------------------------------------
Type : disabled
Server Name : win1807.ipv6.microsoft.com.
Client Refresh Interval : 30 seconds
Client Port : unspecified
State : offline
Error : none
I have followed every single article I can find to try to fix this issue, but still no luck. Here is a list of what I have tried:
-Fresh install of Windows 10
-Registry edit of DisabledComponents
-Enabled and disabled countless times in every way I could find.
-I reached out and chatted with a Windows Support member, but she told me she was all out of ideas and left the chat.
Not sure what I can do, thanks in advance for any help!
