Windows 11 Text cursor keeps turning white on random occasions while hovering text inputs after recent update

After a recent update the text cursor keeps turning white on random occasions while hovering text input fields. This happens both in Chrome and Edge. This doesn't affect Word or other applications. It seems to be happening only in browsers. It's very annoying, please help me.
