Windows 11 Text is showing as both Serif and then behind it sans serif in gray. Multiple applications.

Having a bizarre experience and I can't find a solution. Some applications, (Visual studio code, random browser sites) are showing my text both in a normal black serif, and then behind it in gray sans serif giving a weird 3d look to things. Please see Imgur screenshot to see exactly what I'm talking about.
