Windows 11 That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one.

My son can't use his microsoft account in this last few days. When he try to log by his email, it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." What I can do in this case to help him to recovery his account? Thanks!Ronnie
