EDIT!
A person in a group chat told me to do the "Netsh winsock reset" command, which I did, as I am exploring all options.
So far, have I not recieved any issues. But as this issue is unpredictable, might I just be one-time lucky. This issue might be fixed, or I might just be lucky as of now.
Hi. So I have had this issue since some sindows update back in March. But just recently have it been so infuriating that I tried to fix this...AGAIN! I installed 19 updates on my computer.
I was snooping and looking around for a fix, then I stumbled upon THIS POST. However, In that post is it stated: "Also I make a system restore, but without any result "
That is not the case for me. When I first got this issue, did I do a system restore. My issue WAS FIXED.
I shut down my computer again, and the updates began to install again. I booted up my computer the next day to find NO restore points, so I was unable to fix this again.
This issue comes and goes, and is unpredictable. Among those affected programs which I have found are: Source.EXE (Counter-Strike Source) JegexLauncher.EXE (Runescape gaming client) BF3.EXE & BF4.EXE (Battlefield 3 & 4)
The reason why I say that it is unpredictable is because if I try to launch RuneScape (Will refer to as RS from now on) as soon as I enter my desktop, will the client launch without problems. But if I wait a few minutes until my computer is done booting up, will I get the error message for RS.
An other unpredictable factor: There were a period where I had RS successfully launched, played some, closed it, and no other of the Counter Strike (CSS), Battlefield 3 & 4 (BF3 & 4) had issues. I put my computer into hibernation, and no issues afterwards. Then eventually I shut of my system for the night, booted it up, launched RS without issues, played some, closed it, and neither CSS nor BF3 & 4 launched.
SOMETIMES when the RS client works, does the other works as well, and other times not. That is the ONLY patten I have found in this.
From my digging have I understood that my issue lies within RegEdit. But I do not know what within there to fix.

System Info:
Video / Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260
RAM: 4 GB
CPU: Intel i7 860 @ 2.8 GHz
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
I am also posting about this issue on EA support, as I REALLY want to play Battlefield again with my friends.
One person asked me the reults of SFC /scannow - and here are the results:
C:\Windows\system32>SFC /scannow
Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
C:\Windows\system32>
Edit: If you want my DxDiag, will I provide that as well. But I have not put it up as of now, as I am unsure if it will help in this situation.
