Windows 10 "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)" error while launching GTA5 game.

I recently download GTA 5 on my windows 10 laptop, but whenever try to launch the game it show 0xc000007b error message. I have tried reinstalling Microsoft visual c++ multiple ties. As of now my laptop has 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015-2019 c++. I have even performed sfc /scannow to check for corrupt files but nothing worked.

The specs of my laptop are:

Window 10 Home Single Language (Ver-1909)(64 bit)

8gb RAM

AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Raedon Vega Mobile GFX

Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB graphics


The game is running on my friends' laptop which is same as mine. Please help me.
