Windows 11 The brightness level is stuck on windows 11 , i am unable to change it

Hello,As i mentioned i'm using windows 11 on my laptop and the brightness is stuck at the highest setting i can move the slider and change the brightness value from setting but that does not do anything it is not changing.the same thing has occurred before i just updated the windows and it fixed the problem so i tried updating the windows to it's latest version but still same issue.
