The Date of birth on my microsoft account is wrong and with a new laptop it insists I am under 13 and need parental permission to use. I am in my 60s! I can access my account profile and can see the problem but I cannot edit the page .It is not a family account so there is no-one who can be my 'parent or guardian' to give permission and make a change. I have tried Microsoft support twice to no avail. The first time I was asked to submit an account retrieval form which was done from my daughters laptop. The request was refused. I resubmitted using my old laptop and giving more info and still ha
