Windows 11 The Desktop get covered by pure white in Windows11 22621.4169

As I mentioned, the problem is the Desktop get covered by a pure white "window".I used Spy++ to find what is that window:Title: FolderViewPID: 00000000000A03D8Class: SysListView32Accoring to PID, the white window belongs to explorer.exeIn fact, it is the same as normal Desktop.But it ended up not solving the problem after I force stop/start the explorer.exe.And I tried to force stop Desktop Window Manager(dwm.exe), it worked temporarily(the white window disappeared) and soon the white window just popped up again from nowhere.Also, the Status bar malfunctioned that I can't open the quick settin
