Windows 10 The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable

In Windows 10 machine currently we are facing this Issue "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" while Chrome,Zoom and some other application.


The Issue resolved using the Troubleshooter provided by Microsoft.


But we need to find the root cause How and Why the issue caused. Please provide the Root Cause and Explain How and Why it is causing.
