I have scoured the web looking for a solution to this in Windows 10 home. All solutions were wrapped around vista and 7. As the title explains

The folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\RAC Doesn't exist, SO there are no programdata or storedata folders to remove. The Task Scheduler solution also doesn't apply to Windows 10 as there is no RAC involved tasks that I can find. The registry solution doesn't apply as the key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Reliability Analysis/RAC/WMI doesn't exist. The only thing I did recently is to clear custom event viewer, view settings as I was having problems with event viewer loading properly. I did not clear any event viewer logs.

The first image shows what the registry has for reliability Monitoring.

The second image is what the Reliability Monitor looks like now

The third is showing that the Monitor is still collecting data

Any input would be appreciated.
