Windows 10 The font size is so small that it doesn't even appear.

Logged on the computer and the majority of all text is so small I can't read it. I've tried so many things like changing the size to 200 in display settings but nothing works. It's not that I have bad vision, it's just insanely small. I would attach photos but the text in folders are non-existent so I can't find them.
