Windows 11 The identity of this web site or the integrity of this connection cannot be verified. Is this a cause for concern?

I left for a small trip and when I returned to my computer kept getting this notification asking for my input. Nothing like it has ever shown up before I left. No tabs open, nothing running, and the connection error seems to be coming from a service that I've never used, Lifetouch. Nothing I've tried so far has worked, I've cleared the DNS cache, cleared all cookies, cleared the Temp file, nothing has worked. This popup keeps coming up and the frequency at which it pops back up (roughly 30 seconds after the last time I close it) would imply some kind of imminent danger for my computer. So, is
