Windows 10 The microsoft account I have setup with my computer has been hacked, how do I get rid of it?

I have been dealing with a few problems of my accounts getting hacked, and when I went to go check my microsoft account, I am still signed in but I can't change any of the settings of it because I don't know the password. The email that is now linked to my microsfot account is a @rambler.ru, which I have no idea what that even is. Is there anyway of getting rid of this account on my computer? It's the main account on my computer and has the Administrator tag.
