Windows 10 The Microsoft Store is not on my PC

I just downgraded from windows 11 to 10 and did not have the store on it, then i reset the pc to get it, I checked again and it still isn't there, I already tried using the Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} command, and it did not work!
