Windows 11 The mouse and copy paste issue

Recently on my Laptop Windows 11 , the mouse cursor Kept on flickering , I Cant use Copy Paste , and the system become slower , I did already Clean Boot up , reinstall Windows , but the Problem still Persist. help pleasee
