Windows 11 The "Other" Folder is Taking up a Huge Space in my Device! How do I Clear it?

The Other Folder is Taking up 22.5GB Of Storage in My Laptop and When I Check what's taking up that Much Space, It doesn't even show anything, And Just says It Couldn't Characterize the Folders.
