Windows 11 The page of authentication for WiFi doesn’t load

Hi! I can’t connect to university WiFi because the authentication page just doesn’t load. I see white page with no window for entering my credentials (also a weird thing is that the name of the page is in Ukrainian while my browser is in Russian (вхiд=login). I could successfully use WiFi earlier, I didn’t use my laptop for the whole summer, and when I opened it, it suggested me to update the system (I guess it might be the issue), after that I can’t connect. At the same time I can connect to my iPhone’s WiFi and home WiFi. My laptop is hp-pavilion-13-an0075ur, my windows version is 11, 24H2 (
