Hello,I'm having an issue when i turn on my pc it slows down to open up it doesn't happen before but know it takes a 20-30 sec to open to the window and in the window display the task bar won't show and when i try to go to the task bar by the cursor it won't appear just the cursor loades and doesn't respond and the cursor freezes too and everything in the window display won't respond, completly freezes but the fan is running something is stressing it but i don't have any clue what got on my pc it's brand new pc i just bought it 1 month ago and I'm using it for editing it doesn't have any stres
