I’m trying to download adobe photoshop on my dads old surface 6 which is now mine (been completely wiped…)but i need to verify something for it to download and i have face id and pin and it keeps coming up with the same message again and again. I’m the only account logged in and only account on the computer, tried to run it as administrator but just says the same thing when it verifies me as well all the other help and stuff on the internet Need urgent help!!!!
