Windows 11 The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation - no elevation prompt!

We have few servers joined to a domain and since last week, I'm unable to install any applications using the Domain Administrator account. This was very for many years and we started noticing the issue last week.Check the GPO's to see if we are blocking the installer.Checked Local Security Policy to ensure no software restriction policy in in place.Uninstalled MalwareBytes & Vipre, thinking it might be causing the issue.Any help will be much appreciated.
