Windows 11 The system detected a stack-based buffer overflow in this application

Hi. I am having problems with my computer. When I turn it on there is nothing on the screen, it gets black and after a couple of seconds it appears a little box that say “The system detected a stack-based buffer overflow in this application.” So I checked online trying to find an answer and I found the “DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth” but it does not work it says error 50 and that the DISM does not support servicing windows PE with the /online option. So now I don’t know what to do.
