Windows 10 The top 4 buttons on my action center in windows 10 have disappeared. This is including the bluetooth on/off switch. What can I do to get it back?

Hi, My name is Isaac. I'm running Windows 10 on a Lenovo IdeaPad S340 laptop. I'm having issues with the top 4 buttons having disappeared on the action center. One of those buttons is my bluetooth on and off button. What can I do to get it back?
