The Windows 11 Color Management app does NOT recognize the internal display. This is preventing my photography program (ON1 Photo RAW) from running. When I connect an external display the Color Management app recognizes the external display and my photography program runs fine. This has been a recent problem so I have rolled back Windows 11 to a clean install and updated all drivers using Dell Support Assist. The problem still exists after doing this. It is a Dell/Windows problem not the photography program since it runs fine on a slightly older Dell Inspirion 5000 series laptop running Window
