Windows 10 The Windows button does not work at all for me, this is on my keyboard

So I've been having this issue for almost 7 months maybe it has been more, tried solving the problem but it seems like it doesn't work what I do.I saw that a guy was having the same issue but he told you guys that he was done with the issue, on this link Redirecting is shown the problem, I've tried all of the steps on solving my problem in the link, the guy that had this problem has the same exact problem as I do, So I can't press the windows button on my keyboard I use
