I know this probably isn't the place to post this, but I have a hacker who has stolen all of my accounts, computers and phones. He was on my account today installing all of these programs in my name on the Microsoft Store. Microsoft support will not help me. This is the biggest security violation ever. He impersonates me on all of my accounts everywhere. I have spent thousands of dollars replacing my hard drives, modem, router, phones and he finds a way back in. I even went as far as replacing my hard drives, having the Microsoft store install fresh windows, replaced my modem and router and phone changed my Microsoft account name, password, google name and password, SSID Ip address and account information all at the same time last week. When I went to the Microsoft store to pick up the computers with the new hard drives I told them there, when I looked at the first computer there was something wrong with the file structure. There should not have been old files from April 11th in there owned by trusted installer. They told me it would be impossible to corrupt a computer like that. I had never even connected the computer to the internet at that time. When I got home I called Microsoft Support and told them I found the files with the hacker on them. I asked them if they could help me remove them before it takes over. They told me it was impossible and to stop calling them for help. My other computer will not even turn on, Today the hacker installed the applications xbox identity provider, skype, a microphone, telephone and a lot more from the Microsoft store. This was my first trip to the Microsoft store online since I got the computers home. Someway the hacker overrides windows defender local by running a fake windows defender enterprise. Anti Virus doesn't detect the roaming profile with a fake version of Windows Defender Enterprise running on it. This was my first trip to the Microsoft store online since I got the computers home. This hacker is having a great time on my account. I have called Microsoft support, the police, fbi, consumer trade. NO ONE WILL HELP!!! The fbi told me to call best buy geek squad. They told me they didn't deal with anything like that. I was going to start a small business. I had just filed for the domain. I can't do anything like that because of this. This is ruining my life. If anyone can help I would appreciate it more than you could imagine. Thank you.
