Windows 10 There are no template presets when I open the Whiteboard app. How can I fix this?

I've only just started using Whiteboard. Whenever I click on "Templates" nothing happens - there is no gallery of presets. Nothing happens. How can I fix this? There is little documentation online. There are no options within the app itself. There aren't even any options to select the Whiteboard app when filling in the "Ask a Question" (hence selecting "Outlook Mail/Calendar" option from the Sub-Topics box), or anywhere online when trying to contact Microsoft support.
