Windows 11 There is a gap between my browser window and the taskbar, showing my desktop. Is there any way I can fix this?

About 1 to 2 months ago, this random glitch started happening. There is a gap between my browsing software. It happens to basically all my windowed fullscreen programs like Steam and Spotify. Does anyone know a solution to this problem? The included image shows the gap between the programs.
