Windows 11 There is no option to change my wifi network from public to private when I follow the Microsoft help instructions. Where is this setting located?

I am on Windows 11 Pro and cannot locate the option to change my network settings from public to private. This is preventing me from printing/scanning on my computer because my computer won't trust the printer on the public network. How do I change the network settings from public to private? I tried the microsoft recommendation as follows but there is no Network Profile Type available once I get to the network I am connected to.
