Windows 11 there is not enough memory to complete the operation, on a empty ssd disk

Dear community,I have just bought a new dell laptop.It comes with 500gb of ssd, where windows is installed. I have used the tool "disk management" to create a partition of 200 gb from those initial 500 gb. So now, I have a partition of 300 and another one of 200 gb, I am aware that not all that space is usable. Both of them are in NTFS format.Now the problem arises, I am trying to move a file of 5 gb ( .rar file) from an external drive to my D partition (200 gb one). the process starts and continues up to a point in which an error occurs, "there is not enough memory to complete the operation".
