It's my first time to redeem points, the process is ok and then there's the add phone number every time I add my phone number and get the code and enter it this message always appears "there's a temporary problem with the service. please try again. if you continue to get this message, try again later." its been a month now since this happened. Pls help me, thank you in advance.
