Windows 11 These Horizontal glitch lines, below which screen does black keep coming on My Screen, I have a Asus Tuf f15 2021 Model, Kindly Help.

These Horizontal lines which glitch or flicker, keep coming on screen whenever I start my laptop, so I have to keep shutting down and starting again so when It does not happen, I can do My Work, pls help me, if anyone has any solution to this, it would really get me out of this dumb problem, I did some research on this problem on YouTube and tried some, but nothing is working, help me pls.
