it is giving me a fail download/upload and my speeds are well over the recommended. I don't know what's changed. I didn't have any trouble for the first 3 months I worked. It just started about 3 weeks ago. I have gone through everything my work tech team told me. There is something stopping my speeds from reaching them. I have made sure I am up to date on everything , even drivers. I have restarted modem and router. (even bought a new router thinking that could be the problem). restarted computer a few times. I don't have a 3rd party antivirus. I am the only one connected to my network. Tech
