Please Help! As of the 1st week of January 2019, I continually keep getting an error message "This computer is not running genuine Windows" that continues to pop up on my monitor at least 3-4 times a day.
When I click on "Resolve online now" from the very same pop-up window, it goes to a Microsoft page no longer found, i.e. "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."
I've already "Re-Activated" Windows 7 as of Jan 18, 2019 by phone, tried "Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers" (iata_enu.exe) but when I try to install, I get "Incompatible hardware, not supported by this chipset".
I've also run several Command Prompt (as admin) diagnostics, and everything else I've read in these forums, yet still continue to get these pop ups.
Thanks to anyone who is able to figure out and eradicate this highly annoying problem.
