I've seen this question been asked throughout the years and each one of them is locked but I still have the problem. I've followed some of the instructions indicated in those threads but each windows 10 update seems to bring it back.I have this problem with a Samsung A22 device.Instructions to reproduce:1) Open phone in the Explorer, browse images in the DCIM folder, copy some pictures, delete some.2) Close all windows.3) Unplug the device.I get 4 (or more!!) windows showing the same message "This device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected".This is absolutely ridiculous.
