Every time I boot my Windows 11 PC I get the error message "This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."I'm not trying to install anything and so have no idea which program, or update, or driver is trying to get installed. I've tried and failed in many ways to get rid of this. I think it would be very helpful to identify the offended program failing to install. Could someone tell me where Win 11 logs the event associated with this install
