Windows 11 This is really a discussion, but why does Windows 11 rearrange the desktop icons with every update?

It used to be occasional, but now every time there's a Windows 11 update, the desktop icons get rearranged. I find it amazing that the software engineers at Microsoft can't fix this issue. Personally, I downloaded Relcon.exe and saved my desktop layout, and it works well. But why should I have to take that extra step with every update?
