Due to a separate issue I went to use the Event Viewer App and was greeted with the following error:"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer."This error also pops up when I use attempt to use the following Windows Tools:- Event Viewer- Component Services- Computer Management- Local Security Policy- Performance Monitor- Print Management- Services- Task Scheduler- Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced SecurityMy Windows version is Windows 11 Pro.I do not remember messing around with any sort of settings that would have placed these restrictions on my PC.
