Windows 10 "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator" after blocking Microsoft

Hello community,as the title says. I blocked "msedge.exe" and "chrome.exe" for productivity reasons in Local Computer Policy -> User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Dont run specified Windows applications.Now upon startup, I am getting the error "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator" and I cannot click OK, the window is frozen.I can use the rest of my computer normally, its just this one window that is bothering me.I get no issue if I only block chrome.exe so something must
