Windows 11 "This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11"

My Computer says, "This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11." Yet when I downloaded and used PC Health Check, I was told "This PC meets Windows 11 requirements." So why no update?
