Windows 11 "This setting is managed by your administrator" I am the administrator tho?

So, with microsoft defender for 3 months its been not working too well in terms of settings, it doesnt allow me to change a few settings and tamper protection says "This setting is managed by your administrator" Even tho i am the administrator?SpecsGeforce Nvidia RTX 3050 Laptop GPU11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400H @ 2.70Ghz, 2688 Mhz, 6 Cores, 11 Logical processors CPU16GB RAM144HZ DISPLAYMicrosoft Windows 11 Home OS NAMEVideo showcasing the issueShowcasing im adminAnd yes, there is another person named admin, Its hosted by me and no one else is on this pc.
