Windows 11 This site can't be reached

Certain websites I was using randomly stopped loading up, after a while of loading they just say this site can't be reached. This happens on both my phone and my laptop. Due to limited access we don't have wifi so I only use mobile data/hotspot. My dad doesn't have this problem even though we're all on the same data plan. I haven't had the chance to test it on another networkI've tried mostly every solution I could find
