Windows 10 "This War of Mine" stretched Fullscreen stuck in top left corner

Title basically. Trying to play the Game Pass version of the game stretches my screen into max resolution and I can't access the settings of the game to turn it into windowed mode due to this. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix it.
