Windows 10 This white text box pops up in the top left corner whenever I press any key on the keyboard.

I don't know why it shows up. After I changed the editing language back to English US, it didn't work anymore. Whether I play games or type normally, this box appears. I turn it off with console(~)it doesn't work. I just reset windows not long ago. Window display language as English US.
