Windows 11 "This Windows Device" option isn't available

Hello,I am trying to save the passkey on my device but I am only getting two options:"iPhone, iPad, or Android Device" & "Security Key". Note: The screenshot isn't from my device, I found this on Google."This Windows Device" option isn't available for me. Windows Hello is already active and I tried different browsers but did not get any option to save the passkey on the device. I also searched on the Internet but haven't found any solution yet.
